This app is great. It has tons of different drills for you to do making you an ideal lacrosse player. Also if you don't know how to do something tap on the thing they want you to do any it will lead you to a video and or instructions. I am new to lacrosse and this helped me to learn the fundamentals of the game. So if you want to play lacrosse or is interested in the game, do yourself a favor and download this app.
