Good app but has a bug – Thirty Day Fit Review

I'm writing in here because I can't get to Help (if there is one) in the app. I really like this app, but it has a serious bug. I'm on day 19 and clicked the Show Me part that shows the squat form and when I clicked out it skipped ahead a day. The squat number had changed so I went back to the form part and back out and it had skipped ahead another day. I went to the history to see if I could go back and it kept moving ahead. It skipped ahead 5 days before I realized what was happening. Now I can't get back to the day I was supposed to be on. Can someone please get me back to where I was? I've lost about a week now.
