Doesn't work – Paw Tracks - dog walking pet tracker for groups and friends Review

Every Time I 'add a dog' I press the check mark when I'm done and then a pop up says "error connecting to server, try again later" EVERY SINGLE TIME! Why???? I can't even experience this app because it won't let me!
