Best weather app in the App Store – OutCast - Marine Weather Review

The negative reviews were from New Year's Day and some technical difficulties. I rarely ever write reviews on apps, but this is BY FAR the BEST weather app in the App Store. Clean, accurate, perfect. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.
