What happened? – Cookie Crush Mania - 3 match puzzle splash game Review

I used to play this every chance I got. But now it won't open up. It tells me it's loading, then nothing. Deleted app, downloaded again. Still nothing. This on both my iPad and my iPhone. What gives????
