Good app, but last update needs work – PTSD Coach Review

The app already had issues. It's from the VA, so honestly this isn't the most surprising, but they really did do a good job. You can track history, add your own photos and music to help you calm down (the music is especially helpful), and you can even learn coping skills and strategies that psychologists highly recommend. They know what they're doing here. You can dislike options as well, and do several until you're okay enough to seek assistance or do something else. (The app even has phone numbers built in, and contacts you can add to help in case of emergency.) But they said, I haven't been able to use this app since last year. The new update deleted some people's history, but for me, the app no longer opens. I've missed the app, and can definitely say that the app should not be relied on. Though, if I ever get to use it again, I hope I have access to my history.
