Easy with good CX – Pure Chat - Live Chat for Websites Review

Can't complain about Pure Chat! Easy to use, configure, and can make fun changes to the chat box look and feel. Incoming chats go straight to my phone so don't have to be at computer to field questions. Includes emails with transcripts to forward to others in the company with all follow up info, and let's me know which page the person visited to initiate the chat.
