So far, so good. Had a different chat and Was losing money due to not being alerted of incoming chats. This one even emails you when you miss a chat. Perfect

Missed chats; missed opportunities

App doesn’t work at all. There seems to be some bug or problem because whenever I attempt to respond after receiving the notification it tells me unable to load chat or log into your account. I missed four potential clients already. Not good for any business or plan.
Notifications are poor

Notifications are not timely on both Android and IOS. You are often logged out but don’t know it until you try and join a chat session. By the time you get logged back in the visitor is usually gone. Tried to work with support on the issue but they were not helpful.

Love the app and love Purechat in general. It is so easy! The set up is seamless and it’s a great inexpensive and cost effective solution to anyone who is starting a new business. 5 stars!

To be fair I haven’t tried any other chat softwares but I do know we love this one. Super easy to set up, use, and customize. Not sure I could ask for any better! Highly recommend!
Could be better if...

It would be much more useful if you could contact people after they sign off... ie have the client enter a callback, email or open a ticket number
