If Only App Was As Good As Food – Johnny Carino's Pasta Points Review

This app is horrible because it has limited functionality. This app cannot be used to place to-go orders. The loyalty program account number is not clearly marked as such - instead is marked as "card number" & it's a whopping 16 digit number without a barcode (your server must read all 16 digits correctly to make sure you get credit). There are NO instructions on the FAQ's explaining how to get credit for your visit. Once you click "tell us your (SIC) here", you're given a 5-digit code (on top of having to give your loyalty account number) to give your server. My server had absolutely no clue what this code was for. This app is horrible & pretty much useless unless you just need to find the nearest location as it appears this was all the app was intended for.
