Good app, but can't dismiss prompt for reviews – Pushups Coach Review

This app does what it says it does - manages the 100-push-up program for you - but it repeatedly reminds you to rate it. Even when you say you don't want to rate it, it continues to remind you. So here I am, rating it in an attempt to get the reminders to stop.
