At 52 years of age currently still a police officer and volunteer fire fighter I can do more push ups in a minute then most mid 30’s guys or girls. I’ve shortened my time and spread arms out further to create a more intense chest work out. Feel the burn. Awesome.
Starts out with 50 pushups to do on day 1? Not realistic for beginners
6 years ago?? Maybe it was longer but I need this extra motivation again. I have a nerve problem in my hand so I need a coach right now because I haven’t been able to do more than 40 and it’s been a decade since it’s been 40 so idk where to start haha. We will see how it goes but I believe in the app
I like this app. When I stay consistent, I see good results. I DON’T like the ratings reminder which has a BUG and never stops reminding you to rate the app. It’s a real hassle. I’m a software QA engineer, so the app developer should feel free to contact me for details.
