Liked it when it opened... – Gift It - Christmas List App Review

...but doesn't work any longer. I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 6 (which is all I need according to the info provided). Tech support doesn't work either. Would really like to get it fixed. Nice app. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling and also rebooted my phone to no avail. HELP, please.
