App Description says Upgrade is Free; Not True... – Adam Clarke Bible Commentary with KJV Audio Verses Review

So, the App Store description says "Remove Ads" upgrade is free but when I tried to download it, the price was actually $4.99 so this Developer is probably either careless or trying to scam his customers...or what?
