Locks up at 20 – States and Capitals Quiz ! Review

Would be a great app if it didn't lock up when you get to the 20th question. I tried all different settings and will not go past 20 questions. In addition the same 20 states are used every time so the randomization is flawed. Should be a simple fix with a software fix and update.
