Why do I get ads in a game I paid for? – Baby Hazel Newborn Baby Games Review

This is not a free app, I actually paid for it. So why am I seeing ads? And considering that this game is for very young children, the ads are geared towards adults. I shouldn't have to remove the phone/tablet from my child every time these ads pop up.
