Unreliable – Fetchnotes - Shared Notes, Reminders & To Do List Review

I switched to this app after using Evernote for more intensive projects. One week in, essential meeting notes seemed to have disappeared. I emailed support, and they ACTUALLY recommended using a different app for important notes. Why have a product with, basically, a single purpose if you recommend using something else IF IT IS IMPORTANT. Ridiculous.
