Account balances aren't accurate – GOFCU Mobile Review

At first I thought this was a good app. It's simple and made it easy to access my account and to check my balance. However, the amounts shown on your balances doesn't accurately reflect what's in your account. I was charged several withdrawal fees and didn't understand why. When I called the bank and told her I always check my balances and shouldn't be overdrawn. I was told by the person at the bank to check my balances online and not through the app. So I will no longer be using the app because apparently it's not what is shown online. What's the point in having the app if it doesn't actually give you correct info.
