The app is fine--but the service is great! – Flywheel - The Taxi App Review

This does three things better than if it didn't exist: Hail, Dispatch, and Pay. Those are the essential problems, and this solves it. And the drivers who use it seem nicer than others--but that may be pressure from the ride "sharing" companies.
