Disappointment! – Deluxe Home Screens & Backgrounds Review

I bought the Theme app and love it. I unfortunately lost some of what I downloaded, so many of the old themes are gone. I thought that I could go and download them again but they we're not there. I did find them in this application for an insanely priced .99 per background. I will not pay for it twice! I am a good customer who bought plenty of in-app. purchases from you and you also want me to pay for my past downloads? I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
