Horrible app – Snow Wallpapers & Backgrounds Review

I installed this app and it immediately froze. I rebooted the app, and once again, froze. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that was a waste of time.....I would have scored it ZERO stars but had to give at least 1 star to write a review.
