Waiting to hear something from creator – Family Organizer & Planner Review

Well, since I upgraded the app, I haven't been able to use it as it wants me to sign the privacy and terms of use, but there isn't a spot to sign or anything so I can't use the app until I sign which I have no clue where and NOBODY is returning my emails on asking how to get the app to work. VERY disappointed in the customer service and lack of I have received to make this right. If I hear back from them I will come back and adjust my review, but for now since I'm out 2.99$ I'm only giving one star, which in reality I don't want to give any starts out since I'm out money and can't use the app as stated.
