Use to be great...... – Letters to Santa Gold Review

I don't know what happened. This app used to be great; my children and grandchildren used to love looking forward to the holiday season every year to emailing Santa. This year up until the point that you start writing you can't write once it says start writing it just freezes. The makers of this app need to get on this little glitch and fix it before the holiday season is over. I know there's other apps out there but we have been faithful to this one for many years. Please fix it. My grandchildren really thought they were writing or emailing Santa so when Santa screws up what does that say about him?!? ??
