Rip off!!! BAD BAD BAD customer support – WordQuest! Review

I loved this game. Until I had some issues with my phone and had to uninstall the app. I had purchased hints to remove the adds. When I reinstalled the app the adds were back and no option to restore purchases. So in order to have an add free app you have to purchase more hints. I have emailed the developer multiple times with absolutely no response in any way. If you buy hints, don't uninstall the app ever or get a new phone ever if you want to keep an add free game.
