Paid full version doesn't open without extra steps – Letter quiz • Alphabet School & ABC Games 4 Kids Review

I paid for the full version. Why do I have to open the free version, click on full version, solve a math problem and then get access?? It could be a great learning tool if my son could just open it (only reason I give it 2 stars.) Do better; especially since you're charging people.
