No sound on videos – Coach by Cigna Review

Just downloaded this app. Looks like it has the potential to be very useful but there is no sound on the workout videos. All the other sounds from all my other apps are working on my phone, except this one. I've attempted to locate app support to fix the issue, but it keeps taking me to the insurance website. Disappointed.
