Love the mindfulness program but there is no sound unless it’s a video.. please fix! It used to work before but hasn’t lately

While I like the idea of this app, the introduction asked questions to set up the profile. 80% didn’t apply to me or my lifestyle. It made me feel as though the app would not have relevant advice, coaching, or even categories that I would find useful.
Can't seem to sign in

When trying I set up my account I entered my email and my password twice. Upon clicking sign in (or something like that) I receive the error "enter an email address." I clearly have an email address entered. Using iOS.
I set it up, now what am I supposed to do with it?

Easy set up but there are no notifications to alert me that I'm supposed to do something, and when I open the app I have no idea where to navigate to and what it is that I'm supposed to do. A great idea best CIGNA but not intuitive at all.
No sound on videos

Just downloaded this app. Looks like it has the potential to be very useful but there is no sound on the workout videos. All the other sounds from all my other apps are working on my phone, except this one. I've attempted to locate app support to fix the issue, but it keeps taking me to the insurance website. Disappointed.

Videos don't work on it. You get tasks, which is cool, but sometimes you need to watch the video which doesn't work.
Great app but....

I'm enjoying this app but there are dead links on some of the tasks. For instance, I've been doing the "Anti-Diet" program and on Week 1 Day 7, the "bedtime calculator" doesn't work. Overall though, I'm enjoying the holistic variety of programs offered!
