Hopeful – Cherry Lash Lounge Review

First, I'd like to mention that I've been booking my appointments over the phone for the past 2.5 years. The online booker only shows the first 5 available slots per day even when you select the "anytime" drop down. In order to see more available slots, you have to select each window of time individually and even then, all the appointment options aren't listed. I realized this very early on after calling to confirm my tech wasn't available and being told she, in fact, was. I really love the convenience of online booking so I usually start by going online but hardly ever get the selection I need and end up calling. So I was excited to see that there is now an app for booking and figured that defect would be fixed. I was wrong. The app is powered by a booking system (if not the same one) that has the same limitations as the website. Besides not being able to see all the available appointments, I think it would be a lot easier to have the option of booking by tech as well as day/date/time. I would love to see what my tech's availability is and be able to choose which appointment worked best for me instead of sifting through day after day of techs and appointments. If you don't have a specific tech or you're a morning person (the first 5 appointments listed are usually between 9a-1p) then this app might be helpful. To me, unfortunately, it is not. I'll continue calling every 2 weeks to book and keep hoping the issue with online booking is recognized and fixed.
