Cold – FOX23 Weather Review

Can a phone app get cold? This one must be able to be! I always use Fox 23 for weather because it's the most accurate. My wife looks at either The Weather Channel or Weather Nation and she is always reporting bad information. I asked her What if Fox 23, Tulsa tried to predict the weather for New York? I got this app, because I thought that it would be quick and easy, but it always freezes the whole phone. I just look it ip on line now, but it takes longer and I freaking hate it!! May be if I could load a older version, more compatible with ios 7.1? Everyone can't afford the latest version.
