Yes..you CAN request refunds – Christmas Eve: Midnight's Call HD - A Holiday Hidden Object Adventure (Full) Review

Since big fish has decided that they no longer want to offer trial periods for their games...people have been forced to purchase sight-unseen. And without knowing who the developer is can make a real tragedy. There are some developers that routinely make great games...others not so much. And of course, some prefer certain developers than others. There's been a loud outcry from customers...we want the trials back. Or at least tell us who the developer is before we commit our money to purchasing a game. However....we CAN request...and revive...refunds. You have to wait a few days for your email from Apple (cute how Apple purposely waits a few dates before sending a receipt, huh? That's because they know people are less likely to regret a purchase after a few days have gone by...but no w you know their game.). In the email with the list of games you purchased...you can click the button that says "report a problem". It will take you online to a purchase list. Where you can select "request refund" and choose a reason. Of course..if you like the game, it would not make sense to request a refund. But for the games that are less than ideal and aren't worth our money, we need to make our voices heard. People are getting rich off our monies. Which is fine if the games are worth it. But those that aren't shouldn't be funded. And since bf has changed their purchase process...we should too
