PLEASE FIX THE BUG – Cool Symbols ∞ Make Infinity Signs & other Special Characters with Unicode Keyboard Review

This is my favorite symbol app, has everything that's been promised. Very recently however, something is very wrong. The app buffers when opened. It shows black and I am unable to use it. I am using the latest iOS and the app has managed to glitch and freeze my phone a few times when I've attempted to close and reopen the app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. I am unable to use this app. PLEASE FIX THIS.
