Can't even open it – Drone GP Review

When I open it it asks me to rate, which is stupid because I haven't even played the game yet. Furthermore it doesn't let me choose any of the options on the rate pop up, so I can't even get into the game. So, you asked, and I'm rating. 0 stars.
