Good app but not functional – LawStack: CFR,USC,Statutes,Law Review

This was an exceptional and very helpful app when I first used it. But having updated to a new cellphone, its not usable anymore as it keeps crashing when you open the app. I had try different ways to fix it but to no avail it would still be the same. I would like to rate the contents 5 star as it was very informational and a good reference with regards to learning laws. I hope the developer would fix it and keep it functional again.
