Rip off – What Should I Wear for The Weather Review

Doesn't work. Paid $1.99 will not give any weather locations. Very disappointed. Thought it would be fun and helpful. Needs a lot of work. Doesn't do anything but add pictures of your wardrobe but that's it. I could actually design my own with another app. Please work on this.
