Worst app in the history of all apps – iDeliver - On-demand food/grocery delivery Review

Won't let you look up your city, state to see if you are even eligible for delivery. All other apps do that, why not this one? Its not organized. It has no categories for you to navigate through. Just horrible. If I could leave zero stars I would.
