Crashes – uCamPro: IP Camera & Webcam Viewer Review

I purchased this app along with the multi view feature. I'm using it with Sharx cameras. It constantly crashes...sometimes it takes up to 7 attempts to open and view a camera...and even then it sometimes crashes while viewing camera. Support is responsive by email...but support suggestion of delete app-reboot iPhone - reinstall didn't help for more than a day. I went with app recommended by Sharx (Mobilinc Cam Viewer)... It was more expensive but it is very stable,no need for multi view add on, and it is more intuitive....so it's not my iPhone it's this app that has problems.
