RIPPED OFF!!!!!, – Bridge to Another World: The Others HD - A Hidden Object Adventure (Full) Review

I purchased this game and looking forward to the end result of of this hunt B U T.....when I got to the caves where you are suppose to find items with the J....it would kick me out of that part of the game and I would end up at scene where the troll launched the boat. At that point you cannot advance or go back. If you click on the Hint button it will say there is nothing to do there. You have to start all over again and I did TWICE!!!and it happened the same way both times. WHAT THE Heck!!! Please fix soon or it would be very appreciated if you would refund me so I can purchase a different game.
