Can't even register – Good Sam Roadside Assistance Review

Downloaded and tried to register. I was logged into my profile on Good Sam on one tab and entering the required info for this app on another and it didn't recongnize my name or account number although I checked the info 3 times to what was in my profile and I've been a member for years.
