The app is not working – Shot Designer Review

One of my Dp Friend offer me to download this app ,I downloaded when I opened it ,I did not work ,it shows white screen that's all . I erased and re installed but still have that problem ,so if the app is not working properly so why do I have to keep it and what is the benefit for having this app...
