Nothing is working since I redownloaded – Cool Piano Review

This is a good app but i redownloaded it and i had forgotten my password and email i used. So i made a new account. As i go to get the things i had it says i had already purchased so i just restore and it wont stop say prompt failed! So im afraid i cant get the things i bought back on no matter what i do...
