No more moves.....no advancement – Spring Bonus! Review

Level 55 4 attempts and unable to move forward. ???. The puzzle is not big, but when you are unable to make anymore moves, the puzzle starts all over instead of just changing the characters inside the puzzel so you can proceed forward. Now the game just crashes, ????crashes, ?????????crashes, crashes, ?????????crashes, ??????????????
