DISAPPOINTED – StickIt! - Get funky stickers that everybody likes Review

I Wanted an app so I could get a birthday party hat, I looked under their "Hats selection" none, lame! Didn't think a party hat wouldn't be not in a general category like that. Waste of $.99 I found a free birthday sticker app a little too late!
