Updates? – Instant Abs: Workout Trainer Review

Love this app and all of the Azumio apps. I with the older collection had an update to add all the cool new features available like apple fitness links and heart rate monitor on the watch. I'll still use the old school work out apps though. Love the timed workouts, position pictures and reps are in comfortable amounts for all levels. Although I think I'd die trying any of the push-up levels.
