I think this app was cool and helpful. I wish there was more free workouts though. You have to pay premium. But overall I really liked it.
I wanted to like the workout but it’s not interesting. The music and the images are outdated and the exercises aren’t so great. I want to have my money refunded. I hope I’m able to
I tried others “30 days Ab” app. Which were not Free. This one is really free, is not time consuming, and really works. It takes about 12 minutes, the exercises are moderately strenuous in the beginning, but are highly effective. The app. Sends a reminder to exercise, in case you forgot.which is very helpful. I highly recommend it and love it.
If you’re someone who struggles to stay loyal to a work out plan you should stay away from the premium options for awhile (at least until you build the proper strength)
I’m only a few weeks in and I’m seeing results and I love it!!!! Keep in mind I have always had abs but I have to flex so you can see them. It’s amazing that I don’t have to secretly flex them! Love it and you will too!!!
Lots of exercises to choose from with animations showing the correct body positions. Really helpful. The only improvement I would make is to allow the viewer to put together the exercises into a routine with a counter and a timer.
What is your frickin problem. Full screen ad on start = BS. I’m sure you know what that means! App deleted and blacklisted.
This app is great for building and toning your core!! I do each workout for 2 weeks and slowly work my way up to more difficult! I have had great success with this app and have gotten Abs for the first time in my life! Woo!!
I love this app! It gives you workouts that you can work up to at your level. They are intense but also give you the results you want, as long as you work for it. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a reasonable ab workout!!
