Best feature doesn't work – Central Florida Toyota Review

The most useful feature of this app, the ability to schedule a service appointment, didn't work. The app added my appointment to my calendar and I see it in the app, but when I arrived to the service department they didn't have a record of it. The service team was great, however, and still helped me promptly. 2 stars for the idea, but the app needs work. I do like that the appt was added to my calendar with the address so my phone could give me traffic advice.
