Useless – Knowing Your Volkswagen Review

No sound on the videos. Can't see manuals without typing in your VIN - Really???? Oh and after going out to my car to get the VIN, the app rejected it. Luckily the paper manual was in the car so I just grabbed that. To sum up - No UX here.
