I only rated it 1 because.... – 3D Vega Review

I don't know how to use it! All that shows up is a white screen and it says like down load, it has a plus sign like I'm confused how do you actually get to the design and actually play I tried going to a website to down load it that dose not work I'm doing this on a iPad mini and I'm only 12 so can someone please please help me!!
