Needs a refundddddddd – Master in 24h for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access, OneNote, Publisher) Review

Need a refund immediately. Terrible product. I am very disappointed. Misrepresented entirely. I just paid $22 for a tutorial that I already know how to use. Total waste of time & money. I do NOT recommend this product. False front. NO GOOD. Even all the terrible nicknames have been taken on this one. I've had to put this review in x8 ;(
