There's a glitch it says wrong Apple ID or password – Find My iPhone Review

First of all I put in the right Apple ID more than 10 times and even reset it through email and changed the password and it still wouldn't work. I haven't updated to the latest iOS version yet but I have the previous version. I have iOS 8.3. Could that be the problem???
