HOP Crash Stops Game Play Completely!!! – Amaranthine Voyage: The Shadow of Torment HD - A Magical Hidden Object Adventure Review

I wish that I had read the comments BEFORE purchasing. The game is great until you get to a HOP and are not allowed to complete it to receive a piece that you need to move forward. I needed to the telescope piece to see the item in the tree to give it to the character in the poisonous forest. I completed all of the steps of the puzzle but was not able to touch the piece that I needed before the game crashed. I opened it again and the sparkling HOP was still active. When I touched it, the HOP would not open. It just pulls out to the room. I have reloaded this game twice. I do not know how to request a refund but will definitely investigate to find out how!
