It's okay, but the ads are unbearable – Animated GIFs - The GIF Collection from Reddit, Tumblr and Giphy Review

The gifs are supposedly from Giphy, although the selection seems to be lacking. There are at least some gifs that are useable. There is a constant banner advertisement on the bottom, and about every 10 seconds there is a pop up ad.
